About the Police Department
The Gorham Police Department’s mission is to provide a safe, peaceful community for the residents and visitors of Gorham through fair and equal enforcement of the law and proactive community policing. The Department’s vision includes ongoing training of officers and continued cooperation with federal, state, county, and local agencies in the criminal justice system.
The Department has adopted a Zero Tolerance Policy for OHRV violations and encourages the public to become familiar with the Town of Gorham ATV/OHRV Ordinance and New Hampshire state laws related to off-highway vehicles.
