NH RSA 91-a: Right to Know Requests and Policies
Submission of Requests:
Requests can be sent via email to 91a.response@gorhamnh.gov. Alternatively, written requests may be mailed or dropped off in person to:

Requestors should additionally submit a completed 91-A request form with each request.
Posting of Requests:
The Town will post all submitted 91-A requests to the Town’s website to increase transparency. Residents wishing to submit a request may review previously submitted requests online to determine whether a similar request has already been made. Responses will not be posted online if the requestor has not paid all associated costs to produce the documents.

Responses:
All 91-A requests that result in documents responsive to the request must be reviewed or picked up in hard-copy form at the Finance/Executive Office. The requestor shall schedule a time with staff during regular business hours to pay for & collect requested documents.
Fees:
As all requests require the Town to produce a hard copy response, the following fees will apply to all 91-A requests:
- Twenty-five cents ($0.25) per single-sided page or fifty cents ($0.50) per double-sided page.
- For any documents requiring redaction there is a fifty cents ($0.50) per page charge.
The requestor will be notified of the total cost of their request. No documents will be turned over until all associated fees have been paid.
