2025 Statistical Revaluation Information for Property Values
Please note that the 2025 property values were developed by two (2) separate assessing firms.
Northland Property Valuations developed the values for the residential properties and many of the commercial properties. Those reports are attached below as well as reports showing the sales and data used to create the values. Those reports are:
1) Old to New Property Values by Street Name, 2) 2 Years sales report used to develop values, 3) Gorham Average Sale Prices, 4) Gorham Sales by Building Style,
5) Gorham Sales by Neighborhood and, 6) Gorham properties on the market
Sansoucy Associates developed the values for the remainder of the commercial properties. Values developed by Sansoucy Associates are listed separately as “2025 Sansoucy Property Values.”
We highly recommend that you double check the data contained within your new property record card. You may find them by clicking this link where you can search for any property by owner name or address.
