The Town is Seeking RFPs for Heating Fuel

The Town of Gorham, NH is seeking proposals for the 2026-2027 heating season (7/1/2026-6/30/2027) and for the following fuels and amounts:

1. Up to 26,000 gallons of #2 heating oil
2. Up to 9,000 gallons of liquid propane (LP)

The intent of this RFP is to award contracts to those bidders whose bid proposals, conforming to this RFP, are most advantageous to the Town with price and other factors to be considered. The Town will consider proposals that provide a 6-month contract starting 7/1/2026 with a 12-month renewal effective 1/1/2027. All proposals must be received by 4:30pm on April 3, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by email to bparadis@gorhamnh.gov or be signed and submitted either in a sealed envelope, plainly marked:
